Are drinks included in the package price?

Silver Belle Events is now fully licenced. We offer a range of packages, from Bring Your Own drinks (BYO) through to fully licenced packages where we take care of everything - including the drinks.
We can customise packages to cater to any event.

Is travel included in your pricing

Nothing makes us more happy than travel!
Silver Belle Mobile Caravan Bar just celebrated her 72nd birthday so she can be limited by distance and road conditions.
Silver Belle mobile bar or our Elegant white bar are great options if your event requires travel.
If travel is required please let us know so we can tailor a package to suit you.

Do you provide the Glassware

Absolutely, all required glassware is included in the package price.

Question 4

Do you serve Kegs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have an ambient keg system which means your kegs don’t need to be chilled. We have two taps so you can serve two different types of beer, or a beer and a cider, or a ginger beer. We can serve alcoholic cocktails through the system too. We can point you in the right direction when it comes to purchasing kegs

How do you work out how much alcohol to buy for a BYO package?

You’ll get access to our drink calculator, plus menu planning and consultation, to help you estimate the right amount for your event. You can buy your alcohol from wherever you like. We’ll help you keep it simple, practical, and suited to your guest count and celebration 🍸

Do you provide staff

Yes. Our packages include fully trained and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certified bar staff.
All our packages included required staff, however if you want to elevate your guest experience we can add staff to any package.

Question 7

Do you require drinks to be prechilled?

Accepted Answer

Silver Belle has a commercial bar fridge to store bottled beer, wine and mixers for service, however your drinks must be chilled before we arrive.
We highly recommend hiring a cool room to store and chill your drinks prior to our arrival. At the end of our bar service, we will unload all remaining drinks into the cool room.
If you do not wish to hire a cool room, please have your drinks in a fridge we can access freely, or iced in eskies ready for us to load into the caravan bar upon arrival.
We will unload the remaining drinks back into the fridge or eskies at the end of your service.
Please Note - We must be set-up in close proximity to the cool room for service as we re-stock the bar many times throughout the event.
Kegs should NOT be chilled for our type of beer system.

Do you take rubbish with you?

Unfortunately we are very limited by space and weight, rubbish disposal will be your responsibly.

Can we style Silver Belle to suit our event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Silver Belle loves to dress up. We can coordinate with you or your stylist to ensure Silver Belle is styled to suit your theme.

Question 10

How do I book?

Ready to book? Please email hellosilverbelle@gmail.com or give us a call. We can hold your requested date for one week and require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. Full payment must be finalised 30 days before your event

Question 11

Do you have cancellation fees?

Accepted Answer

Once you book with us, your date is reserved and we do not consider any other bookings. We are happy to work with you if you need to reschedule your event, however your deposit is non refundable

Question 12

What are the dimensions of Silver Belle?

Accepted Answer

Silver Belle is four metres long including drawbar, two metres wide and 2.5 metres high. We require a flat, level space to set up on and sufficient space for our 4wd to tow the van into place, turn around etc. Please ensure that there is sufficient clearance.

When do you arrive?

Generally we arrive two hour before your bar opening time to ensure we are all setup, stocked and ready to get the party started
